Snatched!

On my way to work this morning, a young snatcher took my necklace. It’s a very light (and thin) necklace with a small heart pendant. It has been a part of me for more than 10 years. I wore it everyday. I wore it in three graduation ceremonies, countless Girl’s night out, romantic dates, family outings… I was wearing it when Ganns kissed me for the first time. I was wearing it when Ganns proposed. I was hoping to wear it forever. It’s my everyday necklace. It’s part of me. I’m not sure how an inanimate object like my necklace was able to take some of my spirit. Right now, I feel that a part of me has died.

My necklace’s monetary value may only be a little more than Php 500. But to me, it is priceless. I’m teary-eyed now. I miss my little heart necklace.

Ganns gave me 3 red roses today. They are now resting on an empty Snapple bottle serving as a vase. I love those Snapple bottles! They’re so durable!

But, of course, I love my baby so much more that I love those bottles! =)
